I found Looey's way of explaining things easy to understand and him very approachable, so I wasn't wary of asking questions. He sized up the different members of staff with ease and interracted in a way that put all of them at their ease, and I hope it meant he got the information he needed without feeling like he was trying to draw blood from a stone!
